Cajun Ranch Cheez-Its are the Perfect Game Day Snack #Cajun #Ranch #CheezIts #Perfect #Game #Day #Snack Welcome to Viasildes, here is the new story we have for you today:
I don’t know about you, but my favorite part about watching football games is most definitely the snacks. Wings, fries, deviled eggs, all the chip and dip combos — the list goes on. Sometimes, though, I get a craving to try something new — even if it’s just a traditional snack with a tasty spin on it.
If you’re like me and are looking for a new snack to add to your game-day lineup, Alden Boudy (also known as @flychefaldenb on Instagram) recently shared one for leveling up Cheez-Its.
In an Instagram Reel, Boudy demonstrates how he makes Cajun Ranch Cheez-Its. It starts off with the spice mix — which includes olive oil, ranch seasoning, Tony Chachere’s No Salt Seasoning Blend, dill weed, lemon pepper, and pepper flakes. “Remember, if you ain’t sneezing it ain’t seasoned,” he says in the voiceover.
Mix the spice mix together, then pour it over a bag of Cheez-Its or pretzels. Mix everything together with a pair of tongs, then place the Cheez-Its on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake in a 250°F oven for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even toasting. Finally, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over the Cheez-Its and toss once more. Wait for the Cheez-Its to cool, then snack away.
